Crew Resource Management (CRM) course, which aims at improving flight safety, culture and efficiency, is an inevitable part of aviation training for both cockpit and cabin crews.

BAA Training, the Academy counting many years of experience working with various airlines, is able to help you complete the training course individually. Each CRM training programme is conducted in accordance with the activity of airlines and operation procedures of crew during different situations (normal, non-normal, emergency).

Therefore, Initial CRM training programme is obligatory for each new crew member to undergo before starting to carry out duties. Initial CRM training in turn is followed by Recurrent CRM training which has to be done every year to complete the whole training programme during the period of 3 years.

COURSE CONTENT

The programme is divided into two parts: a theoretical one, which is delivered during lectures involving discussions and analysis of various accidents and incidents that occurred due to inappropriate human performance, and a practical one. Every single aspect of training contributes to better preparation for real-life situations.

COURSE DURATION
  • Initial CRM training: 2 days
  • Recurrent CRM training: 1 day
  • CRM training for Pursers: 1 day
